1. THE PRODUCTIZED RETAINER
All media production fulfillment services operated by Vetted Cuts run strictly on a pre-paid monthly subscription infrastructure model. By initializing checkout via our secure transaction gateway (Vetted Cuts X Gumroad), the client entity authorizes a recurring monthly billing schedule. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled asynchronously at any time directly through the client dashboard hub.

2. PRODUCTION BOUNDARIES & TURNAROUND PROTOCOLS
• Asset Allocations: Growth Tier subscribers are allocated a maximum of 15 completed video assets per monthly billing cycle. Scale Tier subscribers are allocated a maximum of 30 completed video assets per monthly billing cycle.
Unused video credits do not roll over into subsequent billing cycles.
• Turnaround SLA: Standard turnaround delivery parameters operate strictly under a 24-48 hour constraint per single video asset file, beginning from the exact timestamp the raw media is uploaded to the ingestion folder.
• Structural Revisions: Each individual video asset covers up to two (2) complimentary structural review revisions. Any supplemental request updates following the secondary revision loop are billed at a flat platform rate of $25 USD per iteration.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY &
COPYRIGHT INTEGRITY
The moment subscription payment clears and the finalized media asset is transferred to the client's secure ingestion folder, full global commercial copyright and intellectual property ownership of the final video asset transfer completely to the client brand entity. Vetted Cuts retains a perpetual, non-exclusive right to display the final video file strictly as a static visual benchmark example on our showcase matrix for platform marketing purposes, unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to billing.

4. PLATFORM LIABILITY
INDEMNIFICATION
Vetted Cuts operates strictly as a digital asset fulfillment utility. We are not legally responsible or liable for any organic traffic dips, account suspensions, copyright strikes from third-party music layers, or ad-account placement rejections experienced by the client brand across global social media networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).

2. FINANCIAL AND CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION ISOLATION
We take digital financial protection and corporate card safety aggressively seriously. Vetted Cuts does not record, parse, view, or store corporate credit card profiles or banking credentials directly on our platform servers. All transactional information and subscription processing metrics are securely managed, encrypted, and isolated by certified global merchant of record networks (Vetted Cuts X Gumroad infrastructure layers).

3. RAW MEDIA FILE CONFIDENTIALITY
We radically protect your corporate intellectual property.
